In stock orders are typically shipped out within 24-48 hours of the purchase date. Pre-order items are typically shipped within 14 days of the purchase date.  After the order has shipped, domestic delivery occurs on average within three to ten business days depending upon the delivery method. Some domestic orders may take up to two weeks. For international orders, packages typically arrive within 3 weeks of shipping date, but may take up to 4 weeks depending on Customs handling. During special shipping promotional periods or holiday shopping, your order may arrive faster.&lt;/p&gt;

Any item sold by Savatrii.com, excluding sale items, may be returned for a full exchange of the product&#8217;s cost within 30 days of purchase. For more information, please contact us at service@savatrii.com. Items for exchange must arrive in their original condition.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You may return your package via the carrier of your choice that provides tracking information, insurance, and delivery confirmation or signature-required delivery for breakables and high value exchanges.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We cannot accept exchanges of clearance or sale items, or items that do not have their original packing slip(s).&lt;/p&gt;
